charmed stay by the sea

excellent room friendly staff
The room was excellent (the size was amazing). The staff were helpful and friendly too. The breakfast was very good, and I enjoyed the variety of foods offered. The gym was very clean, which i appreciated. The location is perfect, being right next to the shops and restaurants.
The carpet in the room looked a bit tired. A replacement would definitely improve the room.

the location is great. it is right between the pier and town centre. i enjoyed watching ships go past and funfair action from my sea view room on the 4th floor. lovely views!
the carpet was funky, and i did not dare walk barefoot. i wore shoes each time. the air conditioning didn't work.

the room had sea views. the location of the hotel was ideal, placing me near many attractions. i found the staff to be helpful and accommodating to my needs. the freshly cooked breakfast included muesli. extra options.
The carpet was badly stained. I also noticed i didn't have any shower gel in the bathroom.
